• You will be able to pull credit as you need through our software.
• You will be able to run your loans through our Desktop Underwriter with our available lenders.
• We have hundreds of available lenders to do business with!
• You can now do business in over 50 states!
• Our software and processing center will keep your loans compliant. When you change a flagged item our system will automatically create, send and store the correct compliance forms AUTOMATICALLY!
• You will be able to charge whatever YSP or upfront fee you see fit, as the law allows. This is your business you just need to cover the minimum transaction fee; the rest is up to you.
• You will have a choice to use 100's of company approved appraisers.

Pricing

Our loan officers have an extensive tools site available to them. Loan Officers can spend hundreds of hours calling lenders on the phone. Here, we offer an online tool committed to finding a home for those difficult to place loans, having this site available to price your loans will free you up to cater to your clients and acquire new business. Simply post your loan scenario and have our lenders respond with offers. Our pricing site is the best in the business you can literally shop hundreds of loans a day for your clients, allowing some of the highest paid Loan Officers in the industry for several reasons. Because we streamline the pricing for our LO's you can negotiate better pricing and provide the most competitive edge when selling the loan to your client.

Clients Provided

Leads for prospective clients are provided for our Loan Officers. We have a robust marketing campaign in place to help procure business for our people. You'll receive quality and interested customers who have directly asked to be contacted regarding acquiring a mortgage. Many mortgage brokers force you to purchase leads, make frequent cold calls to unreceptive customers, or push you to other expensive marketing ventures. You could be working with 60-100 prospective clients. On top of that, you will have access to lead management software to help you manage all of the clients you are working with absolute precision.

Processing Department

You will be required to use our processing center. World Wide Mortgage Group has, at your disposal, a staffed processing center that is extremely dedicated to making sure your loans close. You will have a staff available to you who will keep you informed on the situation of your client's loan and work cohesively to close the deal.

Working with Realtors

The World Wide Mortgage Group is affiliated with a real estate company, which features over 300 agents and growing. These Realtors work in tandem with the WWMG in our lead database and they close hundreds of deals a year. In 2006 our Realtor partners closed over 600 buyer transactions. You'll have full access to work with these Realtors with an already established relationship.
