World Wide Mortgage Group was founded on the principles that seem scarce in today's industry. The owner's of the company, Tim Ryan and Steve Johnson , started the company because of how bad business was getting on the loan side of the transaction. If you didn't know already, the owners, Tim and Steve are also Realtors. As Realtors they would dedicate much time researching properties for clients and take them to numerous properties in the hope that they will finally write a contract only to look bad at the closing table after numerous delays or surprise fees or never even make it to the closing table because the pre-approval they received from the lender was as valid as a three dollar bill. This can be frustrating if not damaging to your good name as a Realtor.

I know that every Realtor has come across this type of scenario and if you haven't, you are one of the lucky ones. This was happening more and more to the point where Tim and Steve started to write their own loans to make sure the deals would close. As business grew, they had to expand resulting in the birth of World Wide Mortgage Group.

We have fine-tuned the company to close more deals and to make sure Realtors look good in the process. How do we do that, you ask? When we do a pre-approval, it is not just based off a phone conversation of what the client states his income is and a quick evaluation of their credit score. We do a detailed phone interview, acquire pay stubs, W2s, bank statements, etc., pull credit, submit everything to a multitude of lenders to ensure the best payment program, and then and only then we issue a commitment letter that is more than a pre-approval, it means that your buyer is qualified by the lender.

If we can't provide you with a commitment letter, then no one else can. We go to the extent of shopping for the best programs for your clients all over the country, unique programs that most people wouldn't expect to exist like a 95% no employment, no income, no asset verification programs, 100% investor programs, 100% no money down, first time buyers program to name a few. All these are subject to qualification, but a lot of our clients qualify and the ones that don't, we assist to repair their credit so they can in the future, which results in closing more deals and referrals for both Realtors and loan officers.
