This is for the medium to lower production Loan Officers.

35% Commission

• 35% we cover all of your expenses: Credit Pulls (upto 10 per mo), Du or Do charges, Verification charges, etc.
• You will be required to charge a broker/processing fee of $800 per file and must make a minimuim of 2% in fees on each transaction.

60% Commission

• 60% you cover your credit pull charges and all 3rd party charges.
• You will be required to charge a broker/processing fee of $800 per file and must make a minimuim of 2% in fees on each transaction.
• Performance of 1 deal per month required

Simple

World Wide Mortgage Group is an established mortgage company with a new branch office located in Frankfort IL but we service clients nationwide you can do business in 50 states. We also provide real estate services through our sister company Real People Realty.

We are looking for individuals that are motivated, hard-working and have a passion for success. If you are unlicesed, we will gear you towards obtaining a license.

This position is commission based. It can be very rewarding for the right individual. If you have sales experience or are confident please apply with us right away. We provide many marketing avenues.

Program Requirements

• You must maintain a valid Illinois Loan Officer License.
• You must be current on your continuing education.
• You must have home office with telephone and fax machine.
• You must make yourself available to your clients during normal business hours.
