35% Commission

• 35% we cover all of your expenses: Credit Pulls (upto 10 per mo), Du or Do charges, Verification charges, etc.
• You will be required to charge a broker/processing fee of $800 per file and must make a minimuim of 2% in fees on each transaction.

60% Commission

• 60% you cover your credit pull charges and all 3rd party charges.
• You will be required to charge a broker/processing fee of $800 per file and must make a minimuim of 2% in fees on each transaction.
• Performance of 1 deal per month required

We are looking for individuals that are motivated, hard-working and have a passion for success. A Real Estate License, Loan Originator License, or experience in the industry is not required. We will provide the training and if you're not licensed, we will gear you towards obtaining a license.
